Role Responsibilities:

  • To be the primary contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • To coordinate and plan virtual meetings and international calls
  • To manage the department’s records and files, ensuring they are current and readily available
  • To support the use of various communication channels across the business
  • To assist in the delivery of projects and campaigns in a timely and professional manner
  • To work cohesively with the team to ensure day to day tasks are delivered efficiently
  • To review and proofread communication material e.g. presentations and content, with accuracy
  • To provide travel arrangements and support the broader team when required

Skills you will need:Essential:

  • Proven administrative experience
  • An excellent communicator, both verbally and written
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • The ability to confidently liaise with stakeholders in a professional and confident manner
  • A team player who can work collaboratively across the business
  • The ability to manage and prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines
  • Holds a professional and diligent manner with a drive for excellence
  • The ability to work in a busy environment, responding to the needs of the business effectively
  • Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office package

Desirable:

  • Experience using Website CMS (WordPress)
  • Experience troubleshooting IT issues
