Digital Director, Central London – Up to £100k dependent on experience

We’re looking for a Digital Director who has a passion for web builds through to innovation areas of digital. Are you a Digital Director who wants to work in an agency with numerous accolades and awards? This Digital Director will be part of an agency that build brands that are purposeful, creatively ambitious and authentic from the inside out. 

If you’re entrepreneurial, passionate, creatively-driven Digital Director able to lead and inspire you’ll fit in fantastically.

As Director of Digital you will lead the Digital Development Department and drive innovation and digital experience best practice. You’ll work with the tech lead to drive much greater innovation in digital experience through product and service design, some key responsibility include:

-    Write and/or review technical and project documentation
-    Oversight of multiple clients at any one time
-    Technical problem solving
-    Team leadership across all department functions

The role will involve answering client's questions on tech feasibility and will require you to be client useful, to lead the commercials and project management lead the tech side.

You will have an understanding of user behaviour and an inquisitive nature and a deep understanding of technology and how this can improve organisational efficiency and consumer experience. You will ideally have an understanding of product development from concept through to implementation as well as:

-    Practitioner of user centric design
-    Ability to turn data into insights
-    Ability to use empathy to understand how users from all sides of the market interact with an organisation
-    Iterative approach to design
-    Experience of agile working
-    Experience with lean principles including business canvases
-    Entrepreneurial spirit
