As Head of Social Media / Social Media Director, you will be responsible for leading social media strategies and campaigns for clients, ensuring exceptional results and subsequent client satisfaction.

YOUR TASKS:

• Expert professional knowledge across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, Snapchat, TikTok, etc
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client’s objectives and target audience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met
• Oversee the implementation of social media campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget
• Monitor and analyse the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
• Analyse cultural, community, media, and market trends to inform strategic and creative development for content
• Create reporting and insights on performance, successes, key learnings to stakeholders and executive level leadership
