Our client, is an innovative Luxury Skincare brand with Global presence. They have a charming brand story with an inspiring Founder at the forefront. Currently, they are looking to recruit a fantastic addition to their team, as Sales Operations Coordinator.

This position operates at the core of the brands operations, managing sales orders and invoices for their diverse global customer base. You’ll collaborate closely with their esteemed partners such as Libertys, Harrods, Nordstrom, & Selfridges to guarantee timely, accurate, and cost-effective order fulfilment.

Close collaboration with the Commercial and wider Operations team is essential to fulfil client requirements within the agreed-upon commercial terms. Additionally, support for the Customer Experience Manager in handling logistics and managing key accounts for third-party logistics, manufacturing, and warehouse entities.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, adhering to company processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate with third-party suppliers and other brand operations globally.
  • Process orders and invoices efficiently.
  • Seek continuous improvement in customer service and business efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of documents in line with company policies.
  • Generate internal and external reports, including client-specific reports.
  • Assist clients in problem-solving by understanding their businesses and challenges.
  • Identify challenges in client’s supply chain processes and propose solutions.
  • Develop and manage mitigation plans for any issues that arise.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of ERP, financial or WMS system.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs: Word, Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Good pass at Maths and English at GCSE, BTEC or A Level in Business, Economics and/or Finance would be advantageous.
  • Experience in FMCG or the beauty/ retail industry preferred.
  • Track record in adding value, developing new ideas and maintaining a “can do” attitude.
