• Proactive and agile in your attitude to work.
• Experience managing annual budgets of c£1m per client.
• Minimum 1.5 years’ experience across paid search – Google & Bing.
• Social media a bonus but not a requirement.
• Certified in Google AdWords.
• Strong knowledge of the Google stack (SA360 & Campaign Manager).
• Strong interpersonal skills to work within a rapidly growing and ever-changing business.
• Excellent paid search knowledge, both strategic and implementation.
• Have an in-depth understanding of technology and the ability to evaluate new tools and processes.
• Understand and have a vision for digital media’s future with the agency.

Your New Role.The Performance Media Analyst will be working with a small team of analysts to define and deliver the paid-for search media campaigns across this agency. You will be responsible for driving performance within a diverse range of accounts. Your role will be diverse, in that you will also work with non-paid media colleagues, to deliver the perfect advertising execution for clients, focused around meticulous planning, campaign performance and strong reporting.You are an innovator, with the ability to effectively execute the implementation of the agency’s campaigns, looking for opportunities to improve campaigns and ensure attribution cross channel is understood.
