Senior CRM Manager

A growing International Fintech business based in Central London is looking for a seasoned CRM Manager. The company has been investing heavily to offer highly advanced technology for international payments and products and as a result has seen impressive growth. They subsequently have been acquiring a vast array of new customers across the B2C and B2B markets.

You will be responsible for identifying and implementing a brand new CRM platform, this will involve understanding the business needs and conducting a RFP process.  You will be expected to establish the key commercial objectives of the business and devise a CRM strategy that maxmises opportunities across all touch points. The role would then involve high level segmentation and targeting with a view of understanding the audience and key messaging.  It is also importants that you have worked in a environment that has key metrics for CRM KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have implemented Salesforce into a business before and feel comfortable across the technical and strategic aspects of delivering this project. It would be a preference if you have worked in a B2C Financial Services environment.
