London, £75-100k plus bonus and benefits.

Global Head of Customer Marketing / CRM Director / Head of Lifecycle Marketing needed by a well-positioned super high growth B2B tech company who are well funded and going through their next evolution of global scaling. This role involves setting the lifecycle marketing strategy, building a team, developing capability and executing in a fast paced global environment.

Global Head of Customer Marketing / CRM Director / Head of Lifecycle Marketing will own the entire customer lifecycle strategy from onboarding to retention. You will be able to define key customer metrics and deliver key optimisations throughout the customer journey. You'll immediately have a team of two with scope to hire a further 3-4 people to enable you to execute your strategy effectively.

Global Head of Customer Marketing / CRM Director / Head of Lifecycle Marketing will:
*Take ownership of the full customer journey from onboarding to retention as your primary role.
*Act as a voice of the customer to collect feedback and drive continuous improvement across all departments.
*Identify, prioritise and deliver key optimisations throughout the customer journey
*Identify, prioritise and deliver improvements to our customer mix
*Define and analyse customer data including key performance and leading indicators, working with a sophisticated analyst team to segment data, develop churn propensity models, etc.
*Drive strategic insights and deliver customer renewal and expansion strategies that will drive the activities of everyone in the organisation

Global Head of Customer Marketing / CRM Director / Head of Lifecycle Marketing must have:
*Strong experience setting and executing CRM strategy to drive retention and revenue, from any sector, such as consumer, technology, IT Services, SAAS software, finance, gaming, eCommerce, entertainment, media, travel, retail etc.
*Ideally have some SME / SMB marketing experience, although this is not essential.
*Have a deep understanding of the customer journey from onboarding to retention, as well as experience in the field of customer base management
*Able to transform strategic insights into company-wide customer renewal and expansion strategies
*Possess an insatiable appetite for data analysis, performance/operation metrics, and business processes
*Capable of forming and curating exceptional teams who would follow them into the trenches
*Ability to develop and execute strategy both hands-on and through managing teams/agency.
*B2B / SaaS experience (preferred but not necessary)
