Senior Consultant - Customer and Digital Consulting
My client a Niche Consultancy are looking for a Senior Consultant to join their growing and successful team to undertake a number of large scale process improvement and change management programmes of work. This position will be focused on delivering top quality process across a number of clients with a specific focus on Customer Experience and Digital.
Due to large scale expansion my client are looking to continually deliver Customer focused projects improving all areas of a business which the customer has engagement. This will range from Sales/Pricing through to Contact Centres and Customer Roadmaps. This will require you to have and appreciation of process improvement methodologies. Due to their wide client base they are not seeking specific sector experience.
Key attributes
*An appreciation for Customer Journey Mapping and Contact Centre operations
*Knowledge or experience of the BPO customer management sector
*Strong experience working across strategy and development
*Project Management
*Workforce optimisation
*Understanding of the customer management market and related dynamics - CRM, Contact centre solutions, channel developments
*Ability to optimise available resources and deliver against demanding circumstance
*Ideally at least 5 years working within Consulting
*Looking to help an organisation grow and develop
