Client Relationship Manager - Professional Services - Leeds
My client a leading International Professional Services firm is looking to recruit a Client Relationship manager to drive profitability and service delivery to their Key Accounts . Working across the firm with Partners and other key stakeholders you will be responsible for the management and development of key relationships across some of the firms largest clients,You will ensure the team develops an in-depth understanding of their nominated clients and provide day-to-day support to ensure that these accounts are running as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Your remit will be to:
*Work with lead partners to develop and implement robust account management plans for key clients
*Identify opportunities to increase penetration and grow revenue streams with nominated key clients .
*Provide strategic input and hands on account management support for your Key Clients
be the driver for growing Key relationships alongside the fee earners and wider client service team
support the Client Relationship Partners to ensure that the firm understands the needs of the client and translates this into activity that adds value to the relationship

The successful candidate will be/ have:
Strong networking/relationship building skills including at a senior level - to ensure they build networks effectively both internally and externally.
Experience of working in key account management within the professional services sector (legal or accountancy) is essential
Excellent understanding of the link between marketing, BD and key account management Influencing skills - helping technically competent fee earners, develop exceptional relationship building skills. The ability to build professional relationships with client contacts.
Excellent business development capability - to include experience of working on high value panel reviews, client relationship management expertise and communications
