Marketing Manager - retention
A role will suit someone who is a team player, someone who blends deep experience in B2C subscription retention marketing with proven track records of running online and offline campaigns.
Renewal campaign management - Review and develop the retention campaigns, including presenting proposals to improve, automate or amend retention activity.
Subscriber engagement - Review and develop subscriber onboarding and engagement campaigns to improve the customer experience and usage.
Analysis and reporting - Monitor and analyse renewal response to identify potential problems or opportunities and present information to the Head of Marketing, key stakeholders and the marketing team.
Stakeholder management - effectively work with internal stakeholders, the marketing team, the fulfilment bureau and external vendors to achieve subscriber retention objectives.
Proven experience in B2C in subscription retention marketing
Analytical skills - High level of numeracy and ability to pay close attention to detail
Strong experience in using various marketing techniques including digital marketing, direct mail, inserts and advertising
Ability to write effective copy for direct marketing materials
