My client as an entry/mid-level opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to work across a portfolio of products and services (B2B), and to play a key role in delivering successful campaigns across multiple channels.
This position represents an excellent opportunity to deepen your understanding and broaden your experience of digital marketing and campaign execution.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager the successful candidate will work ‘hands-on’ across a range of marketing activities including copywriting, promotional material production/preparation, email campaigns, weekly newsletters, measurement of marketing metrics, lead research, social media, basic web editing (using their own content management system), direct mail, data management, event logistics/support and more.
You will be comfortable setting up and sending email campaigns (Campaign Monitor - although you don't need to have used this, just similar ideally) and you will be proficient using a range of different software and systems including Google Apps (email, documents and spreadsheets). Some experience using Photoshop and/or other design applications will be an advantage.
To be considered for this position you must also have had at least a year’s experience working in a similar role and have a demonstrable understanding of digital marketing, generally, perhaps supported by a marketing degree or diploma.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a strong team player, self-motivated, eager to learn, flexible and happy to embrace change within a developing online business.
