We are delighted to be working with a leading advisory firm based in London who are looking for a Marketing and BD Manager to join their team, with a focus on the Real Estate practice group.

This Marketing & BD Manager role would be an excellent opportunity for an existing Marketing & BD Manager with either experience of, or a passion for Real Estate, or a Senior Marketing & BD Executive looking for a step up – previous experience of working within the professional services sector is essential for this role. The role is well supported by a good team of functional specialists.

The remit of the Marketing & BD Manager is interesting and varied and will include:

• Working in close collaboration with senior stakeholders to develop and implement the strategic plan for the Real Estate group
• Developing and optimising all marketing activity, including end to end project management of large national flagship campaigns
• Supporting client development initiatives, creating plans for growth of existing clients and new client targeting
• Researching and proactively advising on key market trends and insights, translating findings into BD opportunities
• Identifying PR opportunities, preparing content for press releases, to raise the profile of the Real Estate practice.
• Managing several key industry networking groups and forums.

The successful candidate for this Marketing & BD Manager role will have:

• Previous Marketing and/or BD experience, gained in a professional services environment
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience
• Strong relationship building skills
• Experience of, or a keen interest in the Real Estate sector
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to act as a true advisor to senior stakeholders
