The In-House Recruiter role:
This is a brand new role as part of a strategic expansion of the HR Team to focus on recruiting top people talent and lead an ambitious recruitment plan for 2018 and beyond. You will have ownership of recruitment across the business over a number of disciplines from marketing and digital to operations and manufacturing, and will work closely with the HR Manager to build a strong employer brand and recruitment strategy to support business goals.
What will you be doing?
+ Build strong relationships with the leadership team and collaborate with managers to identify people resource and skills requirements across the business, gain understanding about recruitment preferences and business culture, and confidently challenge recruitment decisions if necessary
+ Managing job vacancy advertisements and communications through all channels (careers pages, job boards, social media, etc.), job specification creation and salary benchmarking
+ Manage all recruitment processes including headhunting, screening CVs, telephone screening, organising interviews and attending interviews when required
+ Headhunting - proactively contacting potential candidates through suitable professional networks
+ Working with the HR Manager to ensure that interview and recruitment processes are carried out to a high standard consistently and accurately assess suitably for each role
+ Researching and proposing new ways to reach out to potential candidates both online and offline, keeping up to date with the latest in the recruitment world, skills availability and labour market
What are we looking for?
+ Strong background as an In-house recruiter, ideally having specialised in recruitment for digital, marketing & operations sectors
+ Solid understanding of best practice recruitment processes and a variety of interview formats (e.g. phone, web, group interviews, assessments)
+ Up to date with best recruitment channels for our business and expertise in recruitment tools such as LinkedIn
+ True passion for recruitment and ability to bring new ideas and strategies to recruit in a tight labour market
+ Outstanding communication skills with a friendly, proactive attitude and proven ability to build strong business relationships
+ Highly organised and methodical approach to work with drive to meet recruitment deadlines
+ Experience with job fairs and organising recruitment events
+ Degree level education is preferred but not required (specialism in HR would be advantageous)
+ A fun and collaborative team player who will immerse themselves in the company culture and brand
+ Experience with international recruitment would be beneficial
