Manage, analyse, report on and develop all aspects of our digital analytics, site conversion funnels, online surveys and reporting strategy. Providing regular reporting and insight to other teams within the business. Using user data sets as well as on-site analytics to build a detailed insight into our users that can be used to drive change within our strategy and improve out online marketing performance.
Managing a small team on a daily basis, regularly liaising with product owners and other stakeholders and providing in-house expertise across Google Analytics as well as SimilarWeb, Hotjar and other tools. Looking after the implementation of Google Analytics, on a number of company pages, using Google Tag Manager. Providing support and training across the analytics spectrum to internal stakeholders and other teams.

We are looking for someone with great experience and a deep understanding of the Google Analytics system including API’s and Excel plugins to extract and manipulate data. Experience with analysis tools such as SimilarWeb, Hotjar and other similar programs along with experience of Email Markeing platforms (preferably IBM Watson (Silverpop)). This role would suit a person with a good overview and understanding of the entire digital landscape and each stage of the user journey.
Great organisational skills and the ability to present and explain findings and concepts to non-digital teams and train junior and senior staff and navigate complex interdepartmental processes.
