My client are an exciting new venture in the Fintech world who focus on the energy sector. As Director of Marketing you will be responsible every aspect of their brand communications, both internally and externally. You will be responsible for putting together campaigns with their agency partners and developing the brand personality. You will also be responsible for growing the Marketing team across both B2B and B2C functions. You need to be comfortable with using audience and commercial data to create fully integrated marketing campaigns which will
resonate with their audience.

The role:
* Developing the Marketing function into a sophisticated 'always on' discipline, including growing the team.
* Constantly looking for the most simple, effective and exciting ways to tell the brand's story.
* Be confident in SEO and analytics-based marketing.
* Being collaborative in your approach when working with their agency partners.
* Breaking marketing out of a silo and delivering the brand through the entire business.
* Keeping up to date with our competitors and all tech/marketing innovation.
* Contribute to the culture of the company and help the culture spread into the public realm.
