CRM Executive position in a luxury leading fashion brand based in Central London

You will be working for a globally recognised leading luxury fashion brand in central London.
Your new role
Your main responsibilities will include managing the CRM database to include analysing customer data to identify appropriate customer retention strategies to improve revenue. You will plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and take the necessary steps to ensure the continued improvement of the CRM performance. An additional responsibility will be to plan and launch the new customer loyalty scheme to help with the retention of the companies existing consumer base as well as supporting the wider marketing team.
What you'll need to succeed
This will require an ambitious individual who is goal driven and enjoys being challenged. You will need past experience in a CRM role in a luxury retail brand and well as experience with CRM trends. The ideal candidate will have a marketing focused degree and have strong analytical skills with a strong working knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and experience creating and executing email marketing campaigns.
