My client is a successful manufacturer of goods to the construction industry who are looking for a CRM Manager with a passion for data and how to make it effective at their impressive Kent location. Promotion of best practice with an eye for. detail, this person will work closely with marketing and sales teams to make the system the most effective it can be. Duties will include
·Working within the development team you will be responsible for driving the development of the CRM (SAP).
·Owning and responsibility for developing and delivering a robust CRM strategy that will grow customer Loyalty, retention and acquisition.
·Produce measurable, reportable and optimised results through testing and effective communication with all departments.
·Deliver training and drive best practices to the larger business to achieve improved results and drive growth.
Skills and experience required
·Be degree educated and have evidential experience in a similar role.
·Experience in digital and direct marketing requiring customer acquisition, retention strategy performance.
·Have excellent communication skills and can articulate and inspire co-operation within the organisation to achieve set goals.
·Have great time management and organisation skills.
·Ability to make commercial decisions with confidence.
