Hays are currently working in partnership with a Global Design & Manufacturing organisation based in Worcester to recruit an Online Content & Social Media Specialist for a 12 week contract. The organisation has now extended across the globe to North America, Australasia and Europe and with a head count of over 300 people it is an extremely exciting time to join this forward thinking and expanding organisation.
Your new role
The purpose of this role is to drive the creation of engaging and inspiring quality content for consumer facing and commercial regional websites and social media channels. You will be required to create excellent stakeholder relationships and help them to realise the range of brand building opportunities in the online space by creating relevant and strategically placed added value content. In addition to monitoring and coordinating the organisations social media and online forum communications cross marketing news and content.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have a minimum of 4-5 years track record of producing engaging consumer and commercial content in a profession such as Journalism, PR or Marketing Copy writing and 1-2 years experience in social media and online content generation. The successful candidate will be highly driven, well organised and a proactive individual who is keen to make an impact in the organisation and hit the ground running.
