Due to a period of growth this role has come about to promote and push a new sector in the organisation.
Your new role
Your new role will be developing, leading and implementing a fundraising strategy to secure new connections, funds and partnerships for the organisation. You will be liaising with a wide variety of stakeholders building up strong relationships. This can be internally to help promote the organisation and get under the skin of why people should donate to engaging with external stakeholders making sure they understand and are invested in the organisation. This is all to push and promote a new area of the organisation that is going to be a first within the industry
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need to be from a similar background and have managed fundraising campaigns in different formats. You will also have a strong gravitas to engage with stakeholders and clearly and articulately get across the best image for the organisation. You will be experienced in philanthropic fundraising and understand the commercial world of it.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary up to £47k DOE + a generous benefits package as well. You will be leading the development of a new area of the organisation and be able to work on a project that few will have done. You will continue to personally develop your skill set as well as your stakeholder engagement techniques.
