Your new company
Working for a recognisable organisation in Central Scotland, you will be based in their head office in Scotland. With offices in across Europe, they have an annual turnover of £7 billion and have recorded improving profitability due to increased market demand and improved business strategy.

Your new role
Responsible for the front line delivery of a full human resources operational role and consultancy service to the to enable the businesses to leverage the best from its people to deliver its strategic objectives. Will develop and deliver day to day front line HR operational solutions within the business to ensure that policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently across the Site. you will coach and support leaders in all performance management topics (discipline, grievance, capability, appraisals, upward feedback, absence management) within their asset / function to set performance standards in line with the business requirements / legal compliance. Daily support implementation of project activities to deliver appropriate HR solutions in line with the people agenda as required will be a key accountability. You will manage and support the delivery of HR and Payroll transaction services and design and deliver tailored resourcing solutions to ensure all vacancies are filled effectively to match the business requirements for timing.

What you'll need to succeed
the successful candidate will have a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management and membership of CIPD with experience in all HR generalist areas (recruitment, performance management, manpower planning, facilitation, etc) You will have coaching, facilitation and communication skills and ability to influence upwards effectively with the ability to proactively support change. Experience of delivering generalist HR within a manufacturing or unionised environment would be preferred.
