As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be the strategic lead for all aspects of marketing and student recruitment across the business and client groups, providing a high quality service within a culture continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for setting, monitoring and delivering on key performance indicators across the College, ensuring that targets (financial and non-financial) are met. As a leader you will promote the College to employers, sector bodies, schools and the local community, building on and developing new partnerships. Working with key stakeholders, you will be responsible for further enhancing and promoting the College's strong brand.

Provide leadership on operational and strategic direction for all aspects of marketing and recruitment across all the college's business lines and client groups, ensuring the achievement of Strategic KPI's relating to marketing and recruitment.
Lead both the external and internal communications strategies for the college, ensuring a coherent culture is in place that facilitates excellent stakeholder management and exceeds customer expectations.
Develop a suite of market research activities to help shape corporate strategy and inform curriculum development.
Work with the Director of Business Innovation and Engagement, develop and implement an Employer Engagement strategy and International Strategy to identify new business and development opportunities.
Provide strategic leadership for identifying and developing recruitment and business opportunities, in order to build new markets and to enhance the reputation of the College, local, regionally and nationally.
Be responsible for managing the work of the College's PR agency to continue to raise the profile of the College brand locally, regionally and nationally.
