Global Head of Product Marketing
This well established and exceptional profit making FinTech has carved out a very strong position in a niche and profitable sector. Having just taken on a new, big hitting CMO they are changing the focus of the business from being technically brilliant to also being marketing led.
The Head of Global Product Marketing is a new role and is the number two to the CMO, responsible for establishing a rigorous product process and working in both a strategic and tactical capacity. Working closely with the most senior stakeholders across the business specifically in sales and development, you will: champion the voice of the customer ensuring that market requirements are collated and prioritised in the solution roadmap; own the product/solution multi-year roadmap; design the GTM process operating across all product and solution areas; design and communicate the value proposition for each solution and service; work with the Global Marketing team, heads of business lines, heads of application development.
To succeed in this role you will have an exceptional track record of product marketing gained in the technology sector and will be comfortable working with multiple audiences in a b2c and b2b context. You will have a hands on style of working with the ability to take complex technology solutions and craft simple, powerful and compelling audience specific propositions. Your strong people management and coaching skills will be utilised in the building of a high performing team and your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will be necessary in your regular contact with the C-Suite.
