Your new role
The Client Relationship Manager job will involve being the main point of contact for selected client accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and that clients are aware of other services offered. You will have financial responsibility for monthly revenue, and ensure revenue growth targets are met. Keeping up to date with relevant market trends and knowledge, along with adhering to all business processes are key responsibilities of the job.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a client relationship role, ideally within a professional service environment. An understanding of pensions, benefits or financial services industry is ideal, and excellent communication skills both written and verbal are attributes required.
