Retail Marketing Manager Charity Oxford 6-9 month contract £35-42k PAA charity based in Oxford are looking for someone to take ownership of their retail marketing campaigns to deliver against targets over the next 6-9 months.You will be responsible for line management of 2 other team members and will lead project groups to drive vision and objectives to deliver tasks and meet deadlines.The Role

• Shape and deliver retail marketing engagement plans
• Design audience focussed in-store marketing campaigns
• Drive sales, engage retail outlets, and deliver an excellent customer experience
• Project management of retail marketing campaigns
• Campaign budget management
• Leading project groups
• Apply marketing and audience insight
• Influence and negotiate internally and externally
• Collaborate across wider team

The Ideal Candidate

• Campaign Management skills
• Experience of delivering high quality marketing activity on time and to budget
• Experience managing others
• Knowledge of the retail landscape and a passion for charity shopping
• Experience of marketing in a retail environment
• Creativity and vision
• Ability to analyse and interpret data to make evidence-based decisions
• Audience focussed with the ability to drive results
• Excellent relationship building skills
