Data Planning Manager

A household name company is embarking on a number of new and exciting initiatives for 2018 and consequently are expanding their insight team that delivers information and data across the business for all their marketing activity. They have a requirement for an individual who will play a key role in identifying customers by manipulating their rich data for both on and off-line marketing communications activity. 

Using a range of tools, including Fast stats, Excel and SQL you will identify, define and manage the contact strategy for all marketing communications and produce insight to improve customer engagement and campaign performance. Working with a range of stakeholders in the business you will get to considerable exposure to the overall marketing strategy of the company and play a key role in ensuring the customer data is compliant and maintains its value to the business.

They are seeking an individual with string data planning skills, both B2B and B2C. You will have proven analytical experience, ideally, familiarity with Fast Stats, combined with SQL and campaign management tools. You will have strong communication skills, coupled with commercial acumen gained in either a marketing department or an agency environment.
