Great opportunity to join a consumer research team working with digital products. You will work with the User Research Manager, using your research experience to help guide and inform the product design process.   The role requires you to manage regular testing sessions – recruiting participants, setting up lab equipment, helping design teams to prepare stimulus, writing discussion guides and moderating interviews and interpreting findings and  debriefing on the results. 


You will be supporting the team to conduct a wide range of tactical and strategic ad hoc research, using a range of user research methodologies including in-depth interviews, focus groups, remote interviews, diary studies, card-sorting, tree testing and surveys. 

Specific requirements include demonstrable experience of a range of research techniques ideally including formal usability testing including writing scripts, moderating, writing resulting report and briefing design team  experience in a similar role. Preferred Bachelor or Masters in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or equivalent. You will exude all things related to design research, keeping on top of industry developments.
