Our client is an extremely successful, multi-award winning, multichannel retailer enjoying a sustained period of fantastic growth. They are in the process of building a best in class ecommerce function at the forefront of innovation and require a talented, self-starting and forward thinking Digital Content Executive to join this growing and dynamic team.

Based in Greater Manchester, this is a brand new role within a team of performance marketing specialists, providing an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious, energetic and creative individual to really make their mark. Key Responsibilities:
*Create, implement a content calendar that aligns with SEO/business goals.
*Create content that prospect and customers want to engage with.
*Share content on the channels they use.
*Measure the results of content marketing activities.
*Develop, test and refine content-led marketing funnels that engage and convert.
*Implement on-page optimisation and meta descriptions are on-point for all relevant web pages.
*Use Google analytics and relevant SEO tools to track performance.
*Produce, schedule, publish social media content.
*Manage third-party agencies, ensuring they deliver effective, high quality work within budget.
*Assist in production of regular email, SMS content, applying segmentation and deployment.
*Produce regular reporting.
*Act on findings to improve performance.

Personal Attributes:
*Excellent copywriting skills.
*Proficient at writing content with SEO and conversion in mind.
*Knowledge of technical elements of SEO (on-page, link building).
*Proficient with Google Analytics, SEO tools like Majestic SEO, Moz, SEM Rush.
*Good knowledge of content marketing funnels and experience in implementing them.
*Track record of increasing social media engagement.
*Good understanding of Facebook ad platform.
*Experience in the production of non-written media (video, podcasts, webinars etc.).
*Ability to construct, deploy emails within a template to brief.
*Experience in A/B split testing and segmentation.
*Can-do attitude.
*Passion for digital marketing.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Keen willingness to learn
