Product Manager
My client, a rapidly growing FMCG video game company based in Hertfordshire have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager. They supply a range of exciting products into major retailers internationally and well as a growing product portfolio.

Responsibilities of the Product Manager
  • Lead the marketing aspects of the product development process, defining reference points for new products and brand positioning.
  • Work with the design team to manage end to end creative processes of new product packaging. 
  • Working closely with the sales and trade teams to launch NPD, also working with the marketing team to develop and define pricing structures and promotional support.
  • Manage all aspects of the NPD process, monitoring product delivery and consumers expectation and ensuring business updates. 
  • Develop the brand portfolio, ensuring all products are created with brand identity and values are adhered to.
  • Source new consumer trends and use these to identify new brand opportunities. 
  • Keeping up to date with news and developments in the food and wider FMCG industry. 

Requirements of the Product Manager
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in leading the end-to-end NPD development processes and projects.
  • Experience in and knowledge of the food industry is a key requirement for this position. 
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in influencing stakeholders is essential for this position. 
  • Understanding of the wider EU market is strongly preferred.
