We are looking smart and multitalented eCRM and Loyalty Manager to join one of the world’s most dynamic and exciting drinks companies to work across the world’s top wine, champagne and spirit brands.

The company has invested in a number of new exciting digital platforms to foster relationships customers across their world-class wine, spirit and champagne brands. 

We are looking for a candidate with strong digital and “connected consumer journey” understanding, who know what it takes to engage consumers online. 

Someone who can lead the agency partners, making sure that not only do their platforms deliver on consumer experience, engaging content and are developing ongoing relationships, but ultimately support their business objectives.

The ideal candidate will most likely have had experience in eCRM, eCommerce and will have a keen eye for analytics.

Experienced in the development of websites and web content. Able to plan and manage newsletters and build relationships internally across the global organisation.
