This is a great opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the new arm of a very established household brand name. This new arm of the business is in essence a digital start up taking an established brand forward in a new digital marketplace.

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for both the strategic direction and the implementation of a full mix of marketing campaigns, mainly online but also covering offline channels. The focus of this role is the development of customer acquisition and retention plans. The new business has been established for just over a year and is beyond proof of concept and now looking to spread geographically across the UK.

Role responsibilities:
*Support BDM to forge partnerships with local businesses and organisations that will drive substantial customer acquisition
*Identify and develop efficient and innovative customer acquisition and retention strategies and implement them
*Generate content that attracts new customers and promotes frequent use
*Utilise data to continuously analyse and refine existing campaigns in order to increase customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
*Working and briefing agencies and managing the relationship with them
*Liaising with the central marketing team and capitalising on economies of scale and campaign activity where relevant
*Mapping and working with stakeholders on roll out in regions

*Plan and create content for the organisations social media channels (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
*Plan online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
*Be actively involved in SEO efforts with the company web manager (keyword, image optimisation etc.)
*Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organise their distribution through various channels including MailChimp
*Develop targeted in-app customer engagement campaigns/flows to improve customer retention
*Provide creative ideas for content marketing and provide updates for the website
*Collaborate with and brief designers to prepare engaging content
*Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Appsflyer etc.)
*Work with a variety of design, social, media and creative agencies and central marketing teams to produce tangible growth results
*Prepare campaign-specific and annual marketing budgets
