Membership Coordinator - Trade Association Membership £32k

Varied and interesting role to support the Trade Association Managers of this small friendly team who bring together key stakeholders and provide a "voice" for their growing sector.

Key responsibilities will include assisting with recruiting new members and developing and promoting the benefits to existing members. Membership renewals, processing new membership applications and keeping databases accurate and current. Also to assist with organising meetings, events, venue research and liaison with suppliers and speakers. Additionally you will have the opportunity to work with the management team to develop and implement new strategies for recruitment and retention of members, new membership benefits and developing surveys and reports.

You will need to demonstrate significant administration experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to analyse information and produce reports. Experience of working on a varied range of projects and assisting with event management. High attention to detail, strong client relationship skills with a professional and "can do attitude" is essential. Professional Membership experience is an advantage but not essential. Team player and able to work in a small office where the need for flexibility, "hands on" and prepared to assist across all areas of the business is vital.
