Head of Strategic Marketing
A Corporate Bank are looking for a Head of Strategic Marketing. Reporting into the Marketing Director you will lead the strategic direction of the corporate and institutional marketing function, leading the wider team and working with key business stakeholders to manage the go-to-market approach.
You will work on strategic planning and insight to define strategic vision, at a board level, whilst managing short, medium and long term marketing planning, partnerships, defining audiences based on data and insights from internal teams. There is key work to be done on branding and market positioning and the business are looking for you to ensure that themes and messages are clear, distinct and congruent. Leading a high performing team you will have opportunity to grow and develop members whilst ensuring the marketing function remains competitive.
This is a really exciting opportunity for a marketing leader to join an exciting brand. The role would suit you if you have strong relationship building experience at board level, combined with a broad marketing skillset, and a background in leading high performance teams. Likely you will have financial services experience, and ideally you would have Corporate Banking experience.
