Are you an experienced Program Manager with a passion for data-led marketing programs? Do you love the world of demand generation? Are you a creative and proactive problem solver who stays calm and thrives under pressure?

If this sounds like you, then we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a leading international B2B marketing consultancy based in London’s vibrant Soho. They have seen impressive client wins this year and due to continued growth need to expand out their team.

As a Program Manager, you will be joining a team of 60 people (with a total of 130 employees worldwide). You’ll develop and manage execution of data-led, multi-channel marketing programs that generate measurable impact for their clients’ businesses through the sales funnel. You must be passionate about technology with a drive to work for some of the top brands including Dell, SAP and Microsoft.

About the role:

Developing strategy and managing execution of multi-channel demand generation programs – including social media marketing, search/display marketing, and Account Based Marketing programs.

Managing the demand generation campaign team, being a proactive and supportive project leader who sets the tone for the team’s success.

Interpreting campaign data to assess program performance, making strategic recommendations that improve returns on client investments.

Collaborating with project and account managers on proposal responses, scopes of work, and estimates.

Managing the schedules and resources for multiple projects at a time and be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered successfully, on time and on budget.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will:

Hold a batchelers degree or a marketing equivalent.

Be passionate about data, and its role in measuring and improving marketing activity.

Have hands-on experience of data-led marketing, social media advertising, and web analytics.

Bring relentless attention to detail, and a programmatic approach to ensuring quality control.

Have experience presenting and reviewing strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

The agency is still privately owned so it gives them the ability to be agile in decision making and taking new propositions to market across a fully integrated offering. They are a really tight knit team, with offices in America, London and Asia.
