Your new company
You will work for a global recruitment business who's EMEA headquarters are based in Central London. The organisation has established themselves as a leader in their field, with a diverse offering of services to their clients. They have gone through a period of transformation in their marketing, especially digital and web marketing practices and are now looking to grow the team with this newly created position.
Your new role
You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and will work in a team of eleven professionals covering content, collateral, internal comms, PR and social media. The team is responsible for supporting the UK & Ireland business, which comprises over 2,000 employees in around 100 offices. This position is focused on content and collateral, adhering to brand guidelines to produce material that will meet business requirements and promote the company as an expert in the world of work. This role is responsible for supporting the team of three marketing executives to produce engaging content and collateral, which is timely, relevant and engaging.It is a busy role, dealing with a variety of stakeholders to deliver according to the marketing plans. The primary focus is on supporting production of material, including flyers, brochures, reports and blogs to drive acquisition, awareness and engagement with current and prospective customers. It requires a strong writer and excellent communicator, who is able to work to agreed schedules.
What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally, at least one year's prior experience working in a marketing role
- Marketing experience within a corporate environment, ideally involving writing for an external audience and according to brand guidelines
- Ideally, degree educated, with a related qualification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with outstanding grammar and spelling
- Ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues to gain a deep understanding of their business and communication requirements
