We’re working with a £500m t/o retail brand with ambitious growth plans. They are looking to transform the Digital, Technology and E-Commerce sides of their business, and they are creating a new role for someone to lead this area of the business. This would suit someone highly strategic but also great at leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders within similar sized brand. Ideally you’ll have strong understanding and experience of how to link together Digital, Technology and E-Commerce online, with in-store Digital & Technology for a joined up customer experience, similar experience in sectors such as Retail, Banking, could be beneficial. Experience of Digital Transformation would be highly beneficial. You’ll need to drive this forward within the business, engage with agencies, build a team, and ensure the brand is at the forefront of Digital within its sector. This is in many ways a blank canvas, with an MD very open to ideas and to be guided, and we’re looking for someone who’ll enjoy that challenge.
