Partnerships Manager - B2B, Fintech - Manchester City Centre
We are working with one of the North West's largest, disruptive fintech business in their search for an experienced and skilled Partnerships Manager. Based in state of the art offices in Manchester City Centre, the newly created role of Partnerships Manager plays an integral part in supporting the growth ambitions of this exciting business.

Partnerships Manager - Responsibilities
Working in conjunction with the Head of Partnerships, you will be focused on developing the overall partnership strategy, taking ownership of existing partners and tapping into a huge number of potential new partners.

*Work with the Head of Partnerships to manage & optimise strategic relationships.
*Take full ownership of several existing partners.
*Assess the market for opportunities for new partnerships and deliver sales uplift.
*Construct innovative ideas to further develop business opportunities.
*Work with the wider business to develop the overall proposition.
*Analyse campaign activity to identify any drops in performance and offer solutions to rectify.
*Build presence and be a champion for the brand
*Build strong internal relationships with all departments.
*Aim to improve conversion rates by focussing on all aspects of the customer journey.

Partnerships Manager - Skills and Experience

*Proven experience in B2B relationship management, seeking new opportunities across both new and existing.
*Experience of a regulated industry, preferably retail finance.
*A fantastic communicator, influencer who instils confidence when presenting to senior management and external partners
*Proactive, highly organised with the ability to manage a highly complex workload and hit deadlines.
*Sales focused, goal orientated and proven success in a target driven environment.
*Strong analytical skills and experience working with big data.
