A full time, permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product Assistant to join a busy Marketing team in this expanding organisation based in Crewe.
Your new role
In this newly created role you will report to the Product Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of current and new product portfolios ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time & on brief. You will write, review and proof-read product material in line with the brand identity and values. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, deliver new product communications packs to internal stakeholders, gather and interpret market data working closely with the with customer insights team in order to understand how to improve products to suit audience needs and identify opportunities for future product development. Additionally you will attend events and exhibitions, as and when required, to support in identifying new service and benefit opportunities. You will also be required to perform other ad hoc administrative duties to support the wider marketing team.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have prior experience in product marketing and a relevant degree or equivalent qualification. You must have real attention to detail and excellent grammar, spelling and confident communication skills. You will ideally have a background in the financial services sector with an understanding of the relevant regulation.
