Your new role
As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the output of the and will plan, manage and implement both online and offline campaigns to recruit and retain members of the professional body. You will also be assessing the marketing collateral and campaign success. The organisation is having a big drive on recruitment of members which has happened before, you will have big input into what the marketing plan looks like. The organisation also have their bi-annual awards event and a large part of you role will be to market this global event.
What you'll need to succeed
We are really looking for a candidate who ideally has experience working within a membership organisation with good broad experience with producing marketing campaigns. As marketing manager you will also be responsible for the budgeting of these campaigns. You will also have experience with managing external design and printer agencies. The successful candidate will have good experience with both stakeholder management and engagement. You must have good copy-writing skills.
