We are looking for an ambitious Account Director or Project Director, looking to take a step up to Business Director.

As Director, your focus will be ensuring that projects are well-devised, quoted for and executed. You will be a natural leader and a great communicator who is able to get the best from your team and build strong relationships with clients and other key stakeholders in the agency. You will work on accounts at a strategic and tactical level, and your excellent project management and organisational skills will ensure seamless project delivery.
You will be comfortable communicating with senior client contacts and able to deliver projects on time and within budget.
You will be a natural communicator, passionate about all things b2b and have the ability to easily articulate and break down marketing objectives and strategies for senior level clients, across all areas of their clients businesses.
You wont be shy about coming forward with new ideas and new approaches. You will be joining the senior management team of this agency and they pride themselves on being open to change and encourage a culture of honesty and constant learning.
You will be a natural mentor and will be able to lead a team of marketing project managers.
You will be adept at working in a marketing environment that needs to flex with clients changing priority and timelines. You wont be afraid to encourage your team to push back to ensure realistic expectations are set with clients.
You will be able to create and deliver engaging, informative, well-organised presentations and respond well to pitches.
Key areas of responsibility
They're looking for someone who is able to focus on:
Driving profitability – ensuring client campaigns are run profitability and the right margins are in place for them to achieve targets.
Overseeing risk management on accounts – ensuring you are on top of risks and issues.
Account development – establishing account plans to meet targets to grow existing accounts.
Quality control – setting standards when it comes to the quality of what they deliver and ensuring these are maintained by the delivery team.
Strategy & direction – working with the leadership team to drive the business plan forward.
New business – proactively identifying, pursuing and securing new business for the agency.
Networking – building a maintaining a network of contacts within the industry to aid business development.
