Marketing & BD Manager (Real Estate) - London/Birmingham/Leeds
One of the largest full service law firms in the world is looking for an established and assured marketing professional to provide support to their Real Estate practice, dealing with some of the world's top businesses and working alongside some of the world's leading lawyers. The Marketing & BD Manager will be based in either London, Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds and will be expected to will exploit their knowledge and experience to consistently challenge and raise marketing standards.
Working with senior partners and operations leaders across the firm, the role will be integral in delivering the highest standards to the business. This is an exciting full mix marketing and business development role and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate highly creative and committed ownership of marketing programmes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing profile and targeting initiatives that will deliver growth to the practice and, working with the Senior Marketing Manager and relevant partner stakeholders, you will drive forward the marketing strategy within real estate, ensuring that this is aligned to the firm's wider marketing strategy, and develop, implement and deliver marketing and business development campaigns using the full range of routes to market.
You will have a strong academic record allied to proven marketing and business development experience gained in a professional services environment, preferably with exposure to the financial, real estate or legal communities, to include a superb track record of delivering and conceiving marketing and business development plans and campaigns. A commercial attitude, ability to develop relationships and capacity to use influencing skills to gain credibility across all levels within the firm are essential qualities. The Marketing & BD Manager must also be able to demonstrate strong people management skills.
