Our client, a specialist software provider in Nottinghamshire has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Content Planner to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering work across the Marketing Department in terms of design and content to ensure it aligns with consistent messaging, branding and expectations for launch.
Ensure there is a robust, responsive process and structure in place across Marketing to help with information gathering, assessment, build and delivery of design work produced by a newly formed design team.
Create a smart working practice to ensure high quality content is produced at all times and that the flow of work is visible, easy to understand and it is clearly defined where responsivities reside.
Ensure the briefs, requirements or other requests are properly channelled providing the right level of information to produce the right quality of output.
Manage relationships with multiple internal and external customers and set the appropriate levels of expectations.
Report and analyse the volume of work requested, completed and the success of the approach for delivery.
Help to build up expertise across wider team in areas of briefing, work management and delivery.
