Our client is one of the leading UK multi-channel retailers offering high quality fashion and home products. They are market leaders in many categories and have a vacancy as Head of Social Media. With high profile campaigns on social media they are looking to continue this trend through well thought out content and editorial and high level strategy.
You will be responsible for all content and activity planning across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Google+ and Vine accounts and continuously exploring new and exciting social channels. Leading a team of 4 social media specialists there is huge potential in this role to work on a large scale driving creative brilliance and creating award winning marketing.
As Head of Social Media Manager you will manage external agencies including media buying, paid social and programmatic and continuously push for customer data and analysis.
To be considered for this position you will have an intuitive social eye and strong analytical skills with excellent social platform knowledge. You will come from a large complex business B2C, ideally retail or consumer facing. Team management skills will be essential with the ability to form partnerships from customer service to CMO level.
