As a Client Service Manager, your role will be focussed on client satisfaction and growth. This will include the day to day handling of client relationships, overseeing and delivering smooth running research projects and ensuring the overall success of clients’ online insight communities. The role comprises a combination of survey design, data analysis and reporting. Methods depend on the individual requirements of each client and include both quant (majority) and qual. With a market research agency background, online community experience would be a bonus or this could be a brave new world you seek to master.
