The Distribution business of a major Film and TV business is searching for a Marketing Director to join their Content Distribution team in London.
This is newly created position for the business where you will be managing a small team of marketers as well as ensuring that the brand strategy and marketing objectives are implemented by your marketing team and regional sales communications remain consistent with unit objectives and messaging.
A core part of your role will be EVENTS, namely Mip and Mip.TV, NATPE, DISCOP, London Content Week etc. There are over 25 events annually that you will be supporting. Taking on the management of all aspects of international trade show attendances, including registration, logistics, screenings/sales environment, client entertaining and launch events.
The team distributes finished programming globally for TV and VOD services and boasts a catalogue of over 18000 hours it will be your role to work closely with their sales teams; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.
