An exciting new opportunity for an experienced CRM Data Analyst has arisen in a modern innovative company. CRM Campaign Analyst will need to be extremely data driven, customer focused and a forward thinker as this is a new role within the business.

Said company has just implemented a new CRM system and are looking to recruit a CRM Analyst to maximise the potential of the system.
  • Evidence of experience in CRM
  • Experience of systems execution of CRM campaigns and leveraging data driven research & analysis to inform best practices and process improvements
  • Experience of SugarCRM system or similar
  • Ability to extract business requirements from stakeholders and accurately translate into technical specifications
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to non-technical business people, both written and orally
  • Experience of campaign analytics and KPI tracking
  • Relationship building skills across multiple internal stakeholder groups
  • Ability to deliver to tight deadlines and perform effectively under pressure
