My client is an innovative and highly regarded international professional services firm with unique service lines and products that differentiate them from their competitors. Their Internal talent function provides self-employed professionals who are available as a flexible resource to meet the needs of the firms clients and the firm. This value add function enables clients effectively manage workflow and transaction peaks or to backfill roles .

Key responsibilities:
*Support the team in managing client relationships, which will include direct contact with internal and external clients.
*Grow and develop the relationship with Clients for integration in line with the firm's client base.
*Implement and lead the growth plan for client development and marketing, with support from the wider team.
*Build strong and credible relationships with key stakeholders across the firm
*Work with the team to decide what areas of specialist knowledge should be promoted through the year
*Design and manage campaigns/activities planning follow-up activity, and tracking return on investment
*Support with relevant pitch opportunities / working with the bids teams where appropriate
*Manage the functions online and social media channels, ensuring branding is consistent, content is regularly posted and messages communicated effectively to the right audiences.

This role requires an experienced BD/Marketing professional with experience of working in a professional services environment (preferably within law). you will have :
*A strong understanding of the full marketing mix in particular digital channels
*Experience building stakeholder relationships to gain trust, challenge and influence decisions when needed
*An understanding of how to create attraction strategies in highly competitive markets
*An interest in managing end-to-end sourcing and attraction; bringing together talent pooling, candidate pipelining and attraction in-line with clients strategic initiatives
*Ability to deliver accurate and commercial advice and keeping employment law knowledge up to date.
