Due to phenomenal growth, the agency is recruiting to fill a number of new senior roles including this one. The role requires someone who is confident, experienced in B2B agency marketing, commercially savvy and looking to grow new accounts.
We’re looking for a great networker who’s able to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across complex client organisations.
You’ll also be able to lead and mentor the fast-growing Client Management team through a period of explosive international growth.

About the role
As Client Director, your focus will be growing customer accounts and ensuring the Client Management team reaches its revenue targets. You will own senior level customer relationships and lead the planning and delivery of complex marketing strategies for global enterprise customers.
You will be a trusted advisor, both internally and externally.
This role is ideal for someone with the following skills:
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels, including C-level.
- Ability to identify opportunities for growth, prepare proposals and negotiate.
- Commercial awareness.
- Strong management skills and experience, with the ability to coach and mentor different personalities to get the best performance from them.
