Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator
9 month fixed term contract

Our client, an outstanding organisation working within the local community, is seeking a Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator to join their team on a nine month maternity contract basis.

The successful applicant will be working within this busy property company and will be assisting with both marketing, sales administration and managing the commercial properties leasehold. The job holder will be responsible for all aspects of marketing and administration for various projects, re-sales and will manage the sales processes and the commercial portfolio. You will be:

Creating accurate marketing literature and promotions
Delivering and driving sales by working with commercial partners, agencies, creatives, legal services, the press etc to produce marketing initiatives
Negotiating effective commercial terms with partners
Produce and present marketing and PR material for general use
Manage the leasehold office portfolio for commercial properties
Assist with achieving revenue targets and management of the sales process from set-up to completion
Collating and producing financial budget information
Setting budgets and managing the performance of external contractors and agencies

Previous experience in a similar role is essential and you must be able to demonstrate that you are highly organised with the ability to multitask and hit deadlines, you have excellent MS Office experience including Word, Excel and Outlook and strong written and verbal communication skills, including an excellent telephone manner.
