Your company
A leading financial services organisation, which is a UK and Ireland focused bank.

Your role You'll play a key role in our Digital Proposition team. By thinking outside the box and drawing on your strategic mindset, you'll be identifying new and innovative digital experiences, based on customer needs and pain points, as well as emerging global trends and market insight. You'll then develop creative propositions that meet changing market and customer demands, and reflect our strategy.

What you'll need

You will have significant Digital Strategy experience, preferably from an agency background, with an understanding of how a Financial Services business works. You will be an exceptional story teller and be able to combine this with a deep understanding of digital channels, and working knowledge of designing and implementing customer research
