The ROLE

The position consists of 3 primary outputs:

Strategic Thinking and Idea Development:

  • Collaborating with the team to document and build strategies
  • Researching the competitive market and brand landscapes
  • Preparing, contributing and participating in research and presenting findings
  • Contributing to generative creative sessions and workshops
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and contributing to the culture of the agency
  • Be a passionate and thought-leading ambassador for the agency

Converting Strategy into Opportunity:

  • Translating findings, insights and ideas into visual and written communications
  • Building strong rationale that naturally connects strategies to design & concept work

Growing and Developing Strategies, in Collaboration with the team:

  • Working with Research, Strategy, Design and Client Service teams to surpass client expectations
  • Contributing to team projects & assignments, but also articulating your own thoughts
  • Maintaining clear communication with Senior colleagues including deadline concerns
  • Proactively seeking opportunities to grow yourself, the team & the agency as a whole

The PERSON

  • Strong & confident communication skills: compelling copywriting and direct comms.
  • Passionate about design, research and insights with great creative instincts
  • Experience of the design & visualization process and terminology, design codes etc.
  • Experience of structural & packaging branding & design
  • Ability to plan, prioritise & deliver on multiple, time-sensitive tasks
  • Self-motivated, passionate and resourceful with great attention to detail

Requirements & Proficiencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communication, Design or similar field
  • Experience with various research & strategy tools and methods
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary, collaborative team environment
  • Experience of brand strategy/design field is preferred
  • Ability to use design software: Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, InDesign etc.
